🥂 H&M Laundry Linen Rental Agreement: Terms & Conditions
Welcome to H&M Laundry! We are thrilled to be your partner for premium linen rentals. By proceeding with your order, you are entering into a service agreement governed by the following provisions. Please review them carefully—they are designed to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.
📅 The Rental Commitment
Your confirmed order signifies a binding agreement for the specific rental duration detailed at the time of booking.
Condition of Return: All rented linens must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. We account for and accept normal wear and tear that results from intended use.
Damage/Loss: You are responsible for the physical safety of the linens during the rental period. Immediate notification of any damage, destruction, or non-return (loss) is required. Additional charges for the full replacement cost of the items will apply.
💳 Payment Terms: Simplicity and Transparency
We've simplified our payment process for immediate convenience.
Payment Requirement: Full payment for the rental service is due and required at the time you pick up the linens (or at the time of delivery, if delivery service is utilized).
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, cash.
Outstanding Balances: In the rare event of an outstanding balance post-rental (e.g., due to replacement costs for damaged items), payment is due NLT 15 days after receiving the supplemental invoice.
Late Payment Policy: Supplemental payments received after the 15-day grace period will incur a late fee of 3% of the balance. This fee will be reapplied and compounded for every subsequent month the balance remains outstanding.
🚚 Logistics: Delivery and Pickup
For your convenience, we offer reliable delivery and pickup services.
Service Fees: A standard delivery and pickup fee will be applied to your order. This cost is calculated based on the distance of travel and the overall size/volume of your order, ensuring a fair price based on logistics complexity.
✨ Proper Care & Responsible Use
As the renter, you are the temporary custodian of our quality linens.
Intended Use: Linens must be utilized solely for their intended purpose (e.g., table coverings, napkins, etc.).
Reporting Requirements: Any issues, including accidental spills or damage, should be reported to us as soon as possible, ideally before the scheduled pickup.
🛡️ Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
H&M Laundry is dedicated to providing high-quality linens. However, by renting from us, you agree to the following limitations on liability.
No Liability for Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity) arising from the use or inability to use our linens.
Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless H&M Laundry against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) directly or indirectly related to your rental and subsequent use of our products.
By placing your order, you affirm that you have read, fully understood, and accepted all the provisions set forth in this Agreement.

Terms and Conditions for Wash and Fold Laundry Service
Welcome to H&M Laundry's Wash and Fold service. By submitting your garments to us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.
Service Agreement
By utilizing our Wash and Fold service, you agree to the processing of your laundry as per our standard cleaning procedures, which includes washing, drying, and folding. H&M Laundry reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or for any item.
💰 Payment
Payment for services must be received no later than fifteen (15) days after receiving the invoice. Invoices will be sent out on the 25th of every month.
Late Fee: After fifteen (15) days, a late fee of 3% will be added to the invoice total for every subsequent month the payment remains outstanding.
🚗 Pickup and Delivery
We offer scheduled pickup and delivery services for your convenience.
Delivery/Pickup Fees: Fees will apply and are calculated based on your location and the service area.
Service Minimums: Service may be subject to a minimum charge for both pickup and delivery orders.
👔 Garment Care and Limitations of Liability
H&M Laundry exercises the utmost care in processing items entrusted to us and uses methods best suited to the nature and condition of each garment. However, we cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to weak, delicate, or improperly labeled items.
Stain Removal: We will make every effort to remove stains through the use of high-quality pre-treatment agents like Spray and Wash and professional Reclaim agents. However, we are not responsible if a stain cannot be completely removed, and attempts at stain removal are done at the customer's own risk.
Unclaimed Items: Items left over 90 days after the invoice date may be donated or disposed of.
🏷️ Damage and Loss Claims
In the rare event of loss or damage, claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/pickup.
Compensation for Loss/Damage: Our liability for damaged or lost articles shall not exceed the Fair Market Replacement Cost of the lost or damaged item. The Fair Market Replacement Cost will be determined based on the documented purchase price of the item, factoring in standard depreciation (age, condition, and wear).
To initiate a claim, the customer must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Without documentation, H&M Laundry reserves the right to determine the replacement value based on our professional assessment.
Compensation is subject to H&M Laundry's inspection and confirmation of the loss or damage.
Miscounts: Customers must verify the count of their items upon return. We are not responsible for miscounts unless a documented inventory was provided and signed off on by an H&M Laundry representative at the time of pickup.
⚖️ General Liability
H&M Laundry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business opportunities) arising from the use of our service. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless H&M Laundry from any claims related to the processing and handling of their garments.
