Terms and Conditions for Renting Linens

Welcome to our linen rental service. By renting linens from us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

  1. Rental Agreement: By confirming your rental, you enter into a binding agreement for the duration of the rental period specified at the time of booking. All linens must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear accepted.

  2. Payment: Payment for services must be received NLT 15 days after receiving the invoice. After 15 days, there will be a late fee of 3% added to the invoice total every month that the payment hasn’t been received. Invoices will be sent out on the 25th of every month.

  3. Delivery and Pickup: We offer delivery and pickup services for your convenience. Delivery fees will apply and are calculated based on distance and order size.

    Care and Use: Renters are responsible for the proper care and use of all rented linens. Linens should be used in accordance with their intended purpose. Any losses incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately and will result in additional charges for replacement.

  4. Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our linens. Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless H&M Laundry from any claims related to the rental and use of linens.
